This is an ancient and unique form of body therapy incorporating deep stretching and rhythmic compression in a 'dance-like' transmission of energy. A deep tissue massage follows the body's natural energy flow using a combination of acupressure and assisted yoga stretches.
It focuses on loosening muscle tightness and knots and stimulates Sen (energy pathways) to promote better energy flow, leaving you feeling relaxed, energised and well-balanced. It is a deep, therapeutic form of massage that is given over the clothes on a futon style mat or lowered massage couch.
