Adrienne Meszaros - Physiotherapist
Adrienne is a friendly and dedicated Physiotherapist with a passion for helping people achieve their goals through a holistic approach to care. She became a physiotherapist to support patients in setting realistic goals and working together as a team to achieve them. Inspired by seeing the benefits of rehabilitation in her own family, Adrienne understands the value of preventative care and recovery, particularly for sports and active lifestyles.
Adrienne holds a Physiotherapy degree (2019) and a Master’s (2023) from Semmelweis University in Budapest. Her advanced training includes Sports Massage, Kinematic Taping, Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, and Shockwave Therapy. She has extensive experience helping patients recover from surgeries like hip and knee replacements and managing conditions like Osteoarthritis, herniated discs, and ACL injuries. Her expertise also extends to preventative rehab, including pre-season conditioning for winter sports and physical preparation for charity events or walking holidays.
Adrienne loves winter sports and enjoys skiing, snowboarding and ice skating. She’s also a keen horse rider, loves food and baking, she loves to travel, learn new languages and playing the piano.
In her physiotherapy practice, Adrienne creates personalized exercise programmes and uses deep tissue massage, cupping, soft tissue release techniques and Trigger Point Therapy to help her patients feel their best.
Whether preparing for an adventure or recovering from an injury, Adrienne is committed to supporting her patients every step of the way.
