Harriet Ingham - Osteopath

Harriet has been an Osteopath since 2015, after training at The College of Osteopaths. She’s a caring and skilled structural osteopath who brings together various techniques like soft tissue work, Chinese cupping, dry needling and taping to provide the best care for each patient. Harriet loves working with people of all ages, from new born babies to seniors, and is passionate about making everyone feel their best.

With a background as an international squash and real tennis competitor, Harriet knows what it takes to perform at the highest level. Her experience in sports helps her understand the needs of athletes — she’s all about helping them prepare for tournaments, prevent injuries and recover well. She’s especially enthusiastic about supporting young athletes, guiding them to reach their full potential.

As a mother of two herself, Harriet has a special touch when it comes to treating babies, children and mothers during pregnancy and postpartum. With her PGCE in Early Years (Birth to Five), she’s had plenty of hands-on experience in child development and her role as a SENDCO has deepened her understanding of supporting children with additional needs.

Harriet’s gentle techniques and compassionate approach make her a trusted partner in each patient’s journey toward health and healing.
